Welcome! We hope your stay at West Point will be an enjoyable one. We are committed to providing you comfortable and affordable accommodations. The Five Star Inn is only available to active duty and retired military personnel, Air National Guard and Reserve personnel, family members of the above, and DoD and retired civilian employees who are eligible to use FMWR facilities. Proper identification may be required by staff.

PLEASE NOTE: Cadets of all ranks may use the lobby and public rest rooms. When invited, cadets of all ranks may visit the rooms of family members and close, adult family friends who are visiting West Point. Cadets of all ranks are authorized to rent rooms for their family members or adult family friends. Cadets are not authorized to rent rooms for their personal use or for use by their peers.

Rates are for primary occupant, each additional guest is $5. Children under 1 are free.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations may be made 24 hours a day. Reservations for PCS Personnel will be taken 120 days prior to the arrival date; TDY reservations will be taken 90 days prior. All other eligible patrons may make reservations 15 days prior to arrival between 1 April and the date of the last home football game (date will vary each year); 30 days prior to arrival between the day after the last home football game and 31 March. A reservation will only be confirmed with a credit card guarantee. One night's lodging fee will be assessed if the individual does not notify the Five Star Inn of cancellation by 1800 hours on the day of the reservation. Emergencies will be taken into consideration and final determination will be made at the discretion of the lodging manager. All reservations are taken on a "first come, first served" basis, without regard to rank. All rooms are non-smoking. One of our most popular features is our toll-free reservation system. Prospective guests may make reservations in any lodging operation in the continental United States FREE of charge by dialing 1-800-GO-ARMY-1 (For official travelers only).
Due to our night audit procedures, reservations cannot be taken between 12:00 midnight and 2:00 A.M.”
 
SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS
During Special Event weekends, the following policy applies:
Reservations may be made either 15 or 30 days* in advance, however, once a reservation is made, the beginning (arrival) date may not be changed or cancelled. All guests will be charged from the original beginning date of their reservation. 
Special Event weekends include:
Home football games
March Back weekend
Ring Weekend
Plebe Parent Weekend
*Graduation (The window for non-military parents is 24 hours in advance.)
 
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT  
Check-in facilities are available only in Building 2113, any time after 1500 hours. Guests without a confirmed reservation who do not check in by 1800 hours will be canceled unless notification is given. "No shows" with a confirmed reservation who do not cancel by 1800 will be charged for the first night's stay. Special consideration is given by management in emergency situations.
Check-out time is 1100 hours daily. Late check outs will be charged the full rate after 1100 hours. Permission for late check outs can be granted by management only. When checking out, please ensure that all keys are turned in and that your bill is paid.
 
FACILITIES
Bldg 2113, South Post, has 18 family rooms and 16 suites. Bldg 785 on West Point has 11 family rooms and 24 efficiency apartments. Currently, each room is equipped with the following:

PAYMENT POLICY
The following credit cards are accepted for payment: MasterCard and Visa. PCS and other long term guests residing with us for 30 days 
MUST make payment in full the 1st and 15th of every month. All other guests must pay their bill in full upon check-out.

SORRY!! THERE IS A "NO PET" POLICY AT THE FIVE STAR INN!
Pets are not authorized in guest rooms, apartments, efficiencies, on the grounds or in parked automobiles.

West Point Club Dining
All guests residing at the Five Star Inn are eligible for member prices at the West Point Club. Make your dinner reservations at 446-5504. Click on the photo to the left for more information regarding the West Point Club.
MWR facilities are for eligible personnel only.
