- Couples
Communication – curriculum used is PREP (Prevention and
Relationship Enhancement Program), a research-based educational
program to help enhance speaking and listening skills in a
relationship.

- Stress Management
– a cognitive/behavioral approach is used with homework assignments
as part of the course work. Classes
are tailored to meet the needs of each participant.

- Anger Management
– often taught in conjunction with our stress management class, our
anger management class also uses a cognitive/behavioral approach, with
homework assignments as part of the course work.

- Parenting
– curriculum used is the Girls and Boys’ Town Common Sense
Parenting, a research-based parent education program.
Age groups covered: toddlers/pre-schoolers, school age and
teens. Parents learn how
to enhance their communication with their children.

FMWR
facilities are for eligible personnel only.
Active duty and retired
military personnel, Air National Guard and Reserve personnel, family members
of the above, DoD and retired civilian employees, and cadets are eligible to
use FMWR facilities. Proper identification may be requested by staff.
