The AER program provides emergency financial assistance in the form of loans and grants to active duty and retired Army personnel and their families in times of financial distress.
FRP strives to create informed consumers by offering consumer education classes and individual budgeting counseling.

 Active duty and retired military personnel, Air National Guard and Reserve personnel, family members of the above, DoD and retired civilian employees, and cadets are eligible to use FMWR facilities. Proper identification may be requested by staff.
