- The West Point Family Advocacy Program
is the point of contact for reporting sexual assault.
For Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and National
Guard/Reserve in Title 10 status, reporting options exists: Restricted
(medical care, follow up counseling and victim advocacy; NO
criminal investigation initiated) and Unrestricted
(medical care, follow up counseling, victim advocacy AND the criminal investigation.

- Restricted reporting contacts for
Soldiers assigned to the West Point Army Garrison are: the SARC and
IVA (listed above), a health care provider in a military hospital or
a chaplain.

- Unrestricted reports (which also cover
adult family members, DOD/Contract civilian employees and visitors)
can be made through the MP Desk (938-3333), chain of command for
Soldiers, a health care provider in a military hospital, the SARC or
IVA.

Prevention and Response Program (SAPRP) can be arranged through the
