- The West Point Family Advocacy Program
is the point of contact for reporting sexual assault.
For Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and National
Guard/Reserve in Title 10 status, reporting options exists: Restricted
(medical care, follow up counseling and victim advocacy; NO
criminal investigation initiated) and Unrestricted
(medical care, follow up counseling, victim advocacy AND the criminal investigation.
The 24/7 contact phone numbers are: Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC), 914-382-8041, and the Installation Victim Advocate, 914-382-8180.

- Restricted reporting contacts for
Soldiers assigned to the West Point Army Garrison are: the SARC and
IVA (listed above), a health care provider in a military hospital or
a chaplain.

- Unrestricted reports (which also cover
adult family members, DOD/Contract civilian employees and visitors)
can be made through the MP Desk (938-3333), chain of command for
Soldiers, a health care provider in a military hospital, the SARC or
IVA.

MWR
facilities are for eligible personnel only.
Active duty and retired
military personnel, Air National Guard and Reserve personnel, family members
of the above, DoD and retired civilian employees, and cadets are eligible to
use MWR facilities. Proper identification may be requested by staff.
