Senior Research Associate
West Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG) is seeking a Senior Research Associate to provide professional support to the Research and Prospect Management Manager. The incumbent has primary responsibility for identifying, researching and analyzing biographical and financial information on prospects personal, financial and charitable interests, giving history, and capacity to give. Additional responsibilities include: executing special fundraising projects for the leadership of the United States Military Academy and the West Point Association of Graduates, mentor fellow members of the research department, and prepare prospect, statistical and financial reports as required. Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communications, time management skills required. Proficient with Raiser’s Edge data base or other relational data base is preferred. A Mastery of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA) Skill Sets is preferred and proficiency in recognizing wealth indicators is a plus.A Bachelor’s degree is required with two years of prospect research experience or three years of nonprofit development/advancement, fundraising, grant writing, or financial analysis experience. The doctor has set forth a non-invasive protocol for this patient. She requires ventilation through the use of a Bipap. This patient follows a respiratory regimen consisting of CPT, cough assist, drainage and suction. Currently we have all shifts available on both Full-Time and Part-Time schedules. Maxim welcomes all candidates with at least 1 year of experience, but an ideal candidate is someone who is experienced with Ventilators, Trachs, G-Tubes, PICU, Respiratory Care and Pediatric Care.
