The SFAC assists Soldiers and Commanders in identifying and resolving emerging health related, personal, and social issues affecting wounded Soldiers, Civilians, and their Families, as well as supports the Warriors in Transition (WT) community through the development, coordination and provision of varied services designed to address complex physical, personal, family, social, and economic needs. | ||
