The West Point SFAC mission is to provide assistance and support services for Wounded Warriors, wounded Department of Defense Civilians, and their Families in the West Point community, throughout NY, NJ, CT, MA, and RI, and throughout the northeast as needed. The SFAC assists Soldiers and Commanders in identifying and resolving emerging health related, personal, and social issues affecting wounded Soldiers, Civilians, and their Families, as well as supports the Warriors in Transition (WT) community through the development, coordination and provision of varied services designed to address complex physical, personal, family, social, and economic needs.

FMWR  facilities are for eligible personnel only.
Active duty and retired military personnel, Air National Guard and Reserve personnel, family members of the above, DoD and retired civilian employees, and cadets are eligible to use FMWR facilities. Proper identification may be requested by staff.
