Location/Access: Cranberry Pond is located in the southeast section of the reservation in Training Area D4. Access to the area is restricted by a locked gate (#78) on FB 1. FB 1, the access road to the pond which leads off of Mine Torne Road, is rough and difficult for most POVs. During range operations, Cranberry Pond is off-limits.
Fishing: Light. Cranberry is very popular for ice-fishing, although deep snows can make for a long hike in from Mine Torne Road.
Species Composition: LARGEMOUTH BASS, BLACK CRAPPIE, bluegill, yellow perch, pumpkinseed, brown bullhead, American eel, and chain pickerel.
SPECIAL NOTE: Only one 15+" bass may be kept per day.
