In order to transact personal commercial business on military installations individuals must present, on demand, to the installation commander, or his designee, documentary evidence that the company and it agents meet the licensing requirements of the state in which the installation is located. They must also meet any other applicable regulatory requirements imposed by civil authorities (Federal, State, county, or municipality).

Advertising Restrictions:
1. Door to door solicitation is prohibited. Noncompliance could lead to revocation of your privileges.
2. The distribution of flyers is prohibited. No placing flyers on car windshields, in mailboxes or between doors, etc.
Applications take approximately 4-6 weeks to process. You will receive a letter of authorization upon approval by the Office of the Garrison Commander.
Approval will be for one year or less. A revalidation must be obtained by submitting an application 30 days prior to your expiration in order to avoid a lapse in your authorization.

Active duty and retired military personnel, Air National Guard and Reserve
personnel, family members of the above, DoD and retired civilian employees,
and cadets are eligible to use FMWR facilities. Proper identification may be
requested by staff
