    A new MWR (Morale, Welfare & Recreation) card has been designed especially for MWR and West Point Club patrons. The new Army MWR card is issued as a MasterCard, or as a Proprietary Card. Those not approved for a MasterCard, will receive a Proprietary Card. Each of the cards will offer many value-added features and benefits, and may be used at MWR activities at 40 Army installations as well as all Air Force bases worldwide.
