The West Point SFAC Mission
To provide assistance and support services for Wounded Warriors, wounded Department of Defense civilians, and their Families in the West Point community and throughout Northeast as needed.

Purpose
The SFAC assists Soldiers and Commanders in identifying and resolving emerging health related, personal, and social issues affecting wounded Soldiers, civilians, and their Families, as well as supports the Warriors in Transition (WT) community through the development, coordination, and provision of varied services designed to address complex physical, personal, family, social, and economic needs

The SFAC is intended to be a center of gravity for Warrior Transition (WT) Soldiers and their Families to gather for comradeship, to share information and to provide tailored integrated support services in a warm friendly environment. The SFAC provides a warm, relaxed environment where Soldiers and their Families can take time out to watch TV or a movie, check e-mail, use the internet, make a phone call or just enjoy a cup of coffee.
