Fall/Winter Menu

Full Day Care
Monday -Friday, 6:00am - 5:30pm
The full day program located at the Stony Area Child Development Center, Bldg. 1207, includes center based services that meet the needs of working parents requiring childcare services 5 through 11 hours per day for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years on a regularly scheduled basis. Fees are based on total Family income. For more information, please call the Stony Area CDC at 938-4798. To enroll in Child, Youth & School Services, please call 938-4458/0939.


Hourly Care
Monday- Friday, 7:30 - 5:00pm
This program includes center-based developmental childcare that meets the needs of parents requiring short term childcare on an intermittent basis. These spaces will not be filled by full day overflow or patrons requiring services on a regular basis. Care may be scheduled up to 4 weeks in advance on a first come basis. The combined usage of part-day preschool and hourly care may not exceed 24 hours per week. Fees for hourly care are $4 per hour, per child. Stony Area CDC offers hourly care for ages 6 weeks to 5 years (not enrolled in kindergarten). For more information on hourly care at Stony Area CDC, please call 938-4798. Fall/Winter Menu

Part-Day Preschool Classes
September 2011 - June 2012
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 9am - 12pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 9am - 12pm
Monday-Thursday: 1 - 4pm

This program is for children 3 to 5 years old and is based on The Creative Curriculum. The classroom is arranged in interest areas of literacy, math/science, art, blocks, dramatic play, toys and games. There is a good balance between child initiated play and teacher directed activities. The program is designed to positively promote the 4 areas of child development, social/emotional, physical, cognitive and language, through exploration, experience and fun. The Part-Day Preschool year begins in September and ends in June. Please contact the Parent Central Office at 938-4458/0939 for more information on enrolling in this program.

Lee Area CDC offers hourly care for children ages 2-5 years (not enrolled in kindergarten). There are 17 spaces available daily and The classroom follows The Creative Curriculum. To make a reservation for hourly care at Lee Area CDC, please call 938-0941/0942. Reservations may also be made online 21 days in advance on Webtrac.


School Age Care (SAC) Night
1 Friday each month, 6:30-8:30pm (September 2011 - May 2012)
This program is open for grades 1-5 and runs from September through May. Watch for our flyers each month!
$5 per session.


SKIES (Schools of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploration & Skills)
Most SKIES classes are offered at Lee Area CDC. See the SKIES Instructional portion of the CYSS website for more information about SKIES Classes


Wee Ones
In partnership with ACS, Wee Ones meets at Lee Area CDC on Mondays, 9:30-11am. For more information about Wee Ones, please contact Shelley Ariosto at 938-3369.
