Special Needs
Any child with special needs that has a parent that is either in the Active Army, a U.S. Army Reserve soldier in the USAR-Active Guard Reserve program and other USAR soldiers on active duty exceeding 30 days and any Army National Guard personnel serving under authority of title 10, U.S. Code. must be enrolled in the West Point Army Community Service
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP).

The West Point EFMP Program Manager and School Liaison Officer are here to help with the transitions of your child with special needs into the school that your child(ren) will be attending.



MWR facilities are for eligible personnel only.
Active duty and retired military personnel, Air National Guard and Reserve personnel, family members of the above, DoD and retired civilian employees, and cadets are eligible to use MWR facilities. Proper identification may be requested by staff.
